In 2006, MCS Property LLC (MCSP) underwent restructuring, specializing in architectural planning and construction management.
The year 2007 saw the inception of the Vista brand, which focused on luxury residential apartments. The project was launched in multiple phases

The following year, in 2010, MCSP took on the role of the main contractor for the Shangri-La Hotel Development project.
MCS Properties Holding LLC was established in 2011, paving the way for expansion into architectural planning, construction management, project management, consulting services, and real estate.
A momentous achievement was marked in 2015 with the successful opening of Mongolia’s first 5-Star Hotel due to the Shangri-La Hotel Development Project completion.
Continuing the streak of successful projects, in 2016, MCSP collaborated with Samsung C&T to complete the Shangri-La Complex project.
