With successful completion and delivery of high school Orchlon became the first high school in Mongolia that offers S.T.E.A.M program through its new facilities and laboratories (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & mathematics in relation to the Cambridge program.
The high school with capacity of 500 students had unique architectural and engineering design with its 32m span overhead bridge connection to the main facility and the façade that has both modern and cultural perceptions.
It has been great achievement for the project team to successfully complete the delivery the project to the client within 7 months from the commencement.
Mostly important, LTI free 328’762 hours were spent on projects.

Intermed hospital was built in 2014 – it is a project that aims to upgrade the provided health and learning services in Mongolia. The hospital has the capacity to receive around 90 inpatients at a time, and has 16 outpatient clinics. Intermed is the first and only JCI accredited hospital in Mongolia.

Porsche Showroom & Service Center in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is the 13th branch in Asia for luxurious sport car brand Porsche. MCS Property LLC worked as a EPCM of the project under Starchase Motorsports Mongolia as a client. The Center consists of 2 main building which are Showroom and Service buildings equipped with latest technologies for car check-up and services.

Sky Resort is Mongolian first golf & ski resort consists of 4 ski runs and 18 golf holes. The project introduced high technology irrigation system, Mongolian first cable system lift, and artificial snow makers that are capable of performing under Mongolian extreme climate condition

Shangri-La Hotel is located right in the heart of the city centre and it is an ideal base for both business and leisure travellers. The project has introduced many construction technologies to the national construction sector including the longest spanning in-situ casted reinforced concrete beam in Mongolia, the biggest ballroom, the first unitized curtain wall system etc.
