The project has introduced many construction technologies to the national construction sector including the longest spanning in-situ casted reinforced concrete beam in Mongolia, the biggest ballroom, the first unitized curtain wall system etc.
The Bella Vista Luxurious Project is a civil construction with a total of 222 high-end apartments, including townhouses, condos, duplex apartments, and penthouses, and various service points and green spaces. We are also responsible for the management of 85 rental apartments, penthouses, and apartment sales.
