ASEM VILLAGE PROJECT

The 11th ASEM Summit was held in 2016 in Mongolia. There is a need to build a campus in our country to accommodate a total of 53 leaders of national and international organizations attending the meeting. In 2015, the tender was announced and MCS Property was selected as the company capable of building 53 quality houses in a short period of time. In just over a year, ASEM Village has been built by MCS Property and put into full use of many advanced construction technologies and materials, including geothermal systems, ger automation systems, and EPDM roof waterproofing. ASEM Village, another Vista brand project, is located in the most peaceful part of the city, Khurkhreen Am. Built with modern architecture and engineering solutions.

OYU TOLGOI UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

The launch of the world’s fifth-largest underground mining project is a major milestone that demonstrates the company’s ability to work internationally, both as a company and as an engineer.

The Oyu Tolgoi underground mine, located in Khanbogd soum, Umnugovi Province, Mongolia, is located at a depth of 1,300 meters below the surface and is a 200 km long tunnel system with an average cross-section of 6×6 meters. MCS Property LLC has been cooperating with Jacobs Engineering, the world’s largest construction company, since 2016. The Critical Facilities Construction Project is an important project that will allow for the uninterrupted operation of the underground mine and the next phase of the main mine construction.

INTERMED INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL PROJECT

Intermed hospital was built in 2014 – it is a project that aims to upgrade the provided health and learning services in Mongolia. The hospital has the capacity to receive around 90 inpatients at a time, and has 16 outpatient clinics. Intermed is the first and only JCI accredited hospital in Mongolia.

ORCHLON HIGH SCHOOL PROJECT

With successful completion and delivery of high school Orchlon became the first high school in Mongolia that offers S.T.E.A.M program through its new facilities and laboratories (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & mathematics in relation to the Cambridge program.
The high school with capacity of 500 students had unique architectural and engineering design with its 32m span overhead bridge connection to the main facility and the façade that has both modern and cultural perceptions.
It has been great achievement for the project team to successfully complete the delivery the project to the client within 7 months from the commencement.
Mostly important, LTI free 328’762 hours were spent on projects.
